around the world including hybrid vehicles, marine engines,
small power plant generators and back-up power for wind and
solar energy farms. Initially the Company plans to focus on
the following target markets but will be updating this information
as new partnerships and opportunities continue to develop. |

Automotive
The
VanDyne SuperTurbo™ is being developed in conjunction
with leading Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers for
high volume new car production. The Company is expecting to
launch its first program in Europe with one of the World’s
leading automotive companies.

Trucks/Fleet
The
On-Highway trucking industry stands to benefit significantly
from both the fuel efficiency and CO₂ emission reduction
capabilities of the SuperTurbo™. According to plan,
the company will enter the Fleet market in 2011, with retrofit
SuperTurbo kits.

Off
Highway
The
Company currently is in development with several Global Off-Highway
equipment manufacturers. Emissions targets continue to tighten
in this area and regardless of the current price of fuel,
efficiency gains are extremely relevant.

Motorsports
The
global motorsport community is very open to the development
of new technologies and is known for entertaining new ideas
to gain horsepower. The Company anticipates that along with
the Fleet business, the Companies Motorsport business will enter
the market with products available for its first customers in
2011. |
